This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify the necessity for new filings of Oxylabs trademarks, designs, and patents within Intellectual Property Offices (IP Offices) worldwide;
• Conduct freedom to operate assessments for proposed new IP applications;
• Coordinate global IP filings;
• Advise external counsels in crafting responses to office actions concerning trademark, patent, design, and copyright applications in IP Offices;
• Participate in quarterly meetings with technical teams to gather new patent ideas and protect the organization’s innovative concepts;
• Provide guidance to colleagues on IP-related issues;
• Develop and deliver training sessions on IP matters;
• Monitor changes in legislation within the IP sector and keep the organization informed;
• Maintain oversight of expenses and manage relationships with outside counsels;
• Qualified patent attorney or possess a University degree in Law, with a specialization in Intellectual Property law being advantageous;
• Education, certification, or experience in computer science, engineering, or other technical fields;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP within either the private or public sector;
• Comprehensive understanding of IP law and a strong enthusiasm for it;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
• A keen interest in the IT landscape and technology;
