This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Strategize and organize on-site, remote, and desktop Integrity Assessments, including related travel arrangements, in collaboration with the ISCC office located in Cologne.
β’ Develop and coordinate assessment timelines and audit strategies for Integrity Assessments.
β’ Execute ISCC Integrity Assessments of certification bodies, focusing on North and Latin America, in compliance with ISCC standards and protocols.
β’ Perform desktop evaluations and conduct on-site and remote assessments of Certification Body (CB) offices, emphasizing Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO/IEC 17065-related criteria, and adherence to ISCC standards for certification bodies.
β’ Carry out witness assessments of auditors to assess their auditing performance, competence, and alignment with ISCC standards.
β’ Analyze audit evidence, pinpoint findings, and monitor non-conformities and corrective actions where necessary.
β’ Create concise, objective, and evidence-driven Integrity Assessment Reports and CB Applicant Assessment Reports.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the ISCC System and the ISCC Integrity Program.
β’ Completed university education or a comparable qualification in a pertinent field.
β’ At least five (5) years of professional experience in certification, conformity assessment, quality management, or auditing.
β’ Experience in auditing or ISCC is essential.
β’ Completed training as an auditor or lead auditor, preferably based on ISO 19011, with proven experience in audit planning, interviewing, sampling, evidence assessment, reporting, and formulating findings.
β’ Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17065 and demonstrated experience in evaluating Certification Body Quality Management Systems, including impartiality, competence management, certification processes, and decision-making criteria.
β’ Experience in executing desktop reviews, remote assessments, and on-site audits or assessments, including evidence-based evaluation of certification documentation.
β’ Experience in conducting witness assessments or evaluating auditor competence and audit performance is a plus.
β’ Proven ability to generate clear, objective, and evidence-based assessment reports, including non-conformities, corrective action requests, and follow-up conclusions.
β’ Familiarity with global supply chains and complex organizational structures.
β’ Independence and absence of conflicts of interest; Integrity Assessors must not concurrently serve as auditors for certification bodies.
β’ High proficiency in English; additional languages, particularly Spanish or Portuguese, are advantageous.
β’ Residing in North or Latin America, holding valid visas or permits, and possessing a strong willingness and availability to travel throughout the region for conducting Integrity Assessments.
