Integrative Well-Being, Career Coach – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both small group and individual sessions to foster measurable personal and professional development.

• Assist in the coaching aspect of talent development initiatives.

• Provide individualized coaching that is not tied to specific programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting.

• Strong understanding of business context and acumen is essential for success.

• Experience in the wellness and well-being industry or coaching is preferred.

• Proven track record of logging coaching session notes, scheduling sessions, tracking client engagements, and documenting key milestones and metrics related to coaching activities.

• Experience conducting coaching sessions via Zoom and utilizing Google G Suite for all tracking needs.

• Must hold either an ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or be a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

• An advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Expertise in key competencies such as coaching, consulting, facilitation, change management, strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing, project management, organizational dynamics, operational effectiveness, communication, empathy, values identification, and strengths identification.

• Proficiency in multiple languages (including English): Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.
