This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish the integrations and platform strategy along with a roadmap β the framework that influences customer trust in our data for their GTM operations.
β’ Prioritize reliability as a key product outcome: ensuring uptime, data freshness, and accuracy that customers can rely on without concerns β coupled with quick, clear triage when issues arise.
β’ Deliver AI agent workflows and APIs that facilitate genuine GTM activities across customer systems from start to finish: enrichment, synchronization, and signal-to-action β focusing on production rather than demos.
β’ Manage a select number of customer relationships directly, leveraging insights gained β particularly where integrations impact renewal decisions β to inform product strategies that the entire company can support.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and design to simplify complex functionalities β enabling a self-service integration setup that a non-technical RevOps lead can easily configure, and ensuring sync behavior that a data team can trust.
β’ Possess the instinct to see projects through to completion β understanding that shipping is just the midpoint, and you'll oversee the process through migrations, deprecations, enablement, and the Sales and CS feedback loop that transforms features into retained revenue.
β’ Elevate product craftsmanship throughout the team β through the quality of your work and the manner in which you operate.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in product management, with at least one role focused on integrations, data synchronization, or a platform/API surface for B2B SaaS β such as CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), and webhooks.
β’ PM-level understanding of integration fundamentals β OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, and data mapping/object synchronization β sufficient to engage in discussions and gain engineering's trust without coding the API yourself.
β’ Proven history of prioritizing reliability as a product outcome β including uptime, freshness, accuracy, error rates, and incident management β rather than viewing it solely as an engineering responsibility.
β’ Solid expertise with AI products: you have launched LLM- or agent-powered features in production, hold strong views on evaluations and agent design, and can discern where the technology adds real value versus where it is merely promotional.
β’ A foundational perspective on what GTM should entail in a world driven by AI agents, along with the systems thinking necessary to understand how each decision impacts data, identity, and subsequent synchronizations and agents.
β’ Comfortable taking direct responsibility for customer relationships β from conducting discovery sessions and participating in calls to translating insights into specifications β and maintaining composure as the escalation point when an integration encounters issues.
β’ Competitive base salary paired with significant equity ownership.
β’ Comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision benefits, along with HSA and FSA options.
β’ We cover 100% of your employee premium and 50% of the premium for any dependents.
β’ Unlimited Paid Time Off.
β’ Paid Company Holidays.
β’ Work-from-home policy which includes a laptop and support for your home office requirements.
β’ Monthly Remote Stipend.
β’ 401(k) self-contribution options.
β’ Paid Family Leave.
β’ Opportunity to be part of a diverse, passionate, and enjoyable team during a crucial phase in the companyβs development.
