This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Participate in governance meetings to monitor the performance of our integrations with carriers and providers, ensuring data flows smoothly and that any issues are detected early.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues as they arise, collaborating with internal teams to maintain system efficiency and minimize user impact.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new insurers and financial providers, from initial setup and requirements gathering to testing and documentation, thereby helping to expand Kota’s network and offerings.
• Maintain integration documentation in an organized, accurate manner, making it accessible and user-friendly for internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Benefits, Compliance, Engineering, and Carrier Partnerships teams to share updates, capture new requirements, and ensure our integrations evolve in line with business needs.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance our integration management processes, identifying recurring challenges or areas for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Possesses a genuine curiosity about technology, APIs, and the interconnectivity of complex systems, eager to transform that curiosity into practical expertise.
