This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for support related to integrations.
• Conduct root cause analyses on intricate integration challenges.
• Resolve data flow problems and fix configuration mistakes.
• Raise bugs to the Engineering team when required.
• Oversee data migrations and system changes, keeping an eye out for synchronization issues.
• Offer direct technical assistance to Customer Success Managers during the phases of implementation, migration, and ongoing support.
• Clearly document bugs with comprehensive context, ensuring seamless transitions to Engineering and maintaining feedback loops.
• Develop and upkeep technical manuals, troubleshooting resources, and runbooks.
• Assist in pre-sales technical exploration and address integration-related queries during prospect discussions.
• Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical systems, including APIs, data flows, configurations, and logs.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical roles such as integrations, implementation, technical support, web development, internal tools engineering, or solutions engineering.
• Capability to proactively address challenges and provide solutions with minimal dependence on Engineering.
• Technical curiosity and comfort in debugging processes.
• Experience in conducting root cause analyses and resolving intricate technical problems.
• Skill in creating clear and effective documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to uncertainty.
• Excellent communication abilities with both customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Sage, Vista, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Procore, Textura, or GC Pay is an added benefit, but not required.
• Previous experience in construction technology, SaaS, or B2B technical roles is advantageous, but not essential.
