Integration Specialist – Municipal Metering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical support contact for customers using Neptune systems across the country.

• Diagnose and resolve customer issues via remote sessions, phone calls, and ticketing systems.

• Monitor and manage support tickets proactively to ensure prompt resolutions and effective customer communication.

• Keep records of customer interactions, troubleshooting processes, and solutions within the support system.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams (Support, Sales, and Project Management) to meet customer requirements and escalate issues when necessary.

• Aid in system integrations and support implementation initiatives for municipal clients.

• Provide training on system operations and troubleshooting to customers and internal teams.

• Offer technical product support to field technicians, customers, and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Required experience in a customer service or technical support setting.

• Preferred experience with utility billing processes, AMR/AMI systems, municipal water utilities, or similar software.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and ticket volumes.

• Professional demeanor, patience, and effectiveness in resolving complex issues.

• Capability to create and deliver presentations to groups.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).

• Preferred experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho Desk).

• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
