Integration Specialist – ISP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Welcoming new clients and developing personalized workflows that cater to the specific requirements of each office.

• Educating new clinicians and dental teams on how to effectively utilize the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions.

• Fostering relationships with current clients to ensure they fully leverage the advantages of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard.

• Cultivating strong connections with customers to encourage their endorsement of the DentalMonitoring brand and to promote continued use and advocacy of DentalMonitoring products.

• Serving as a technical liaison between clients and the DentalMonitoring platform.

• Assisting and participating in local trade shows.

• Collaborating and communicating with regional sales managers, customer success teams, inside sales, and sales representatives to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for clients.

• Motivating doctors and staff to embrace new protocols while addressing any reservations clients may have about adopting innovative technology.

• Traveling up to 60% of the time to provide in-person training and support for office implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or a comparable degree.

• Strong understanding of a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.

• Experience in consultation, training, and implementation.

• Proven ability to establish and nurture strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• High proficiency in IT and computer science, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.

• Ability to interact diplomatically while exhibiting excellent listening skills and empathy.

• Competence in influencing clients and challenging established mindsets.

• Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and effectively managing various responsibilities.

• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
