This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• As a member of the Global Integration Team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including implementation teams and the integration team, to deliver and support integration requirements for the RainFocus Products.
• You must possess the ability to communicate effectively with peers and clients.
• Work in close partnership with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to understand and achieve the objectives necessary for timely and budget-conscious task completion.
• You should be capable of assessing, designing, and developing integrations that fulfill customer requirements.
• Assist Services teams in integration discovery and scoping activities.
• Comfort in working within a cloud-based environment is essential.
• Lead both internal and external meetings with customers and vendors.
• Oversee integration timelines, including notifying clients of any changes to task dates or assigned resources.
• Facilitate requirements sessions to identify integration needs, architect integrations, and execute the integration build.
• Provide direct technical support to clients.
• Responsible for creating design documents, test cases, and conducting unit testing.
• Document integration components before transitioning them to support.
• Availability for After Hours Support as necessary.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with enterprise clients.
• At least 2 years of experience with REST APIs and familiarity with JSON.
• 3 years of experience in a Professional Services consulting environment.
• Experience with integrations involving Salesforce and Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with API tools such as Postman, Swagger, and SSO.
• Knowledge of Google Chrome development tools.
• Understanding of web analytics and the ability to interpret JavaScript.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, work autonomously, solve problems, improvise, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Technical aptitude to comprehend platforms and how they can and should interact.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to address complex issues with innovative thinking, even when resources for custom integrations are limited.
