Integration Manager, Retail Pricing AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive technical integrations between the platform and customer systems.

• Manage onboarding initiatives and facilitate successful customer adoption.

• Assist, uphold, and enhance integrations for current enterprise customers.

• Guarantee the reliability, consistency, and quality of integrated data flows.

• Convert business requirements into technical integration solutions.

• Collaborate directly with customer IT and business stakeholders.

• Coordinate with external integration vendors and contractors during implementation activities.

• Identify and address integration and data-related challenges.

• Contribute to scalable and repeatable integration processes and best practices.

• Engage in customer workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience in integration, data engineering, or similar roles.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience in transforming business requirements into technical solutions.

• Knowledge of data integration concepts and enterprise system integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Keen attention to detail and a quick-learning approach.

• Basic knowledge of Python (WILL BE A PLUS).

• Experience with Apache Airflow (WILL BE A PLUS).

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration best practices (WILL BE A PLUS).

• Experience with retail industry projects (WILL BE A PLUS).

• Background in supporting enterprise-level customers (WILL BE A PLUS).
