Integration Manager – Retail Pricing AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive technical integrations between the platform and Customer systems.

• Manage onboarding initiatives and facilitate successful Customer adoption.

• Provide support, maintenance, and optimization for integrations catering to existing enterprise Customers.

• Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of integrated data flows.

• Convert business requirements into technical integration solutions.

• Work closely with Customer IT and business stakeholders.

• Coordinate with external integration vendors and contractors during the implementation phase.

• Identify and address integration and data-related challenges.

• Contribute to the development of scalable and repeatable integration processes and best practices.

• Engage in Customer workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in integration, data engineering, or relevant roles.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Upper-Intermediate English level or above.

• Proven experience in converting business requirements into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with data integration concepts and enterprise system integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience interacting directly with Customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Keen attention to detail and a rapid learning approach.

• Basic knowledge of Python is advantageous.

• Experience with Apache Airflow is a plus.

• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration best practices would be beneficial.

• Experience with projects in the retail industry is a plus.

• Experience in supporting enterprise-level Customers is an advantage.
