Integration Manager – Retail Pricing AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive technical integrations between the platform and Customer systems

• Facilitate onboarding initiatives and assist in ensuring successful Customer adoption

• Manage, maintain, and enhance integrations for current enterprise Customers

• Guarantee reliability, consistency, and quality of integrated data streams

• Convert business requirements into effective technical integration solutions

• Collaborate directly with Customer IT and business representatives

• Coordinate with external integration vendors and contractors during implementation processes

• Detect and resolve integration and data-related challenges

• Contribute to the development of scalable and repeatable integration processes and best practices

• Engage in Customer workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in integration, data engineering, or similar fields

• Proficient SQL skills

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

• Experience in converting business requirements into technical solutions

• Knowledge of data integration concepts and enterprise system integrations

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proven experience working directly with Customers and stakeholders

• Capacity to operate independently with minimal oversight

• Keen attention to detail and a quick-learning attitude

• WILL BE A PLUS: Basic knowledge of Python

• Familiarity with Apache Airflow

• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration best practices

• Experience in retail industry projects

• Experience in supporting enterprise-level Customers
