Integration Manager – Retail Pricing AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Lead customer integrations and uphold data quality processes.

• Develop scalable onboarding and integration workflows.

• Work closely with Customer IT and business stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth platform adoption and dependable integration performance.

• Support, manage, and enhance integrations for current enterprise Customers.

• Guarantee reliability, consistency, and quality of integrated data flows.

• Convert business requirements into technical integration solutions.

• Organize onboarding activities and facilitate successful Customer adoption.

• Engage directly with Customer IT and business stakeholders.

• Oversee external integration vendors and contractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in integration, data engineering, or similar roles.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Knowledge of data integration concepts and enterprise system integrations.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Experience collaborating directly with Customers and stakeholders.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Keen attention to detail and a quick-learning attitude.

• WOULD BE A PLUS: Basic understanding of Python.

• Familiarity with Apache Airflow.

• Understanding of ETL processes and best practices in data integration.

• Experience with projects in the retail industry.

• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level Customers.
