• Formulate and implement effective integration strategies.

• Offer direct support to the leadership team following the acquisition.

• Define clear integration milestones and establish metrics for progress.

• Collaborate with functional teams to synchronize integration activities.

• Evaluate the current operational rhythm of the acquired business.

• Recognize and address operational, financial, personnel, customer, and cultural risks.

• Assist acquired leaders in embracing Volaris’ methodologies.

• Foster trust with local management and keep leadership informed.

• Dedicate significant time to Australia to support local leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of Volaris’ business terminology, operating models, and key financial indicators.

• Proven ability to navigate through uncertainty and influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong commercial insight and financial expertise.

• Experience in facilitating business transformation, change management, acquisitions, integrations, or significant operating model changes.

• Outstanding project management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
