This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and foster a high-performing integration team dedicated to providing smooth client onboarding and scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, offering comprehensive support throughout their onboarding journey to ensure their success.
• Take ownership of APIs, SDK documentation, integration manuals, and overall support materials.
• Assess client requirements from both technical and functional viewpoints and devise solutions by gaining a thorough understanding of our system and product capabilities.
• Oversee implementation projects, which includes monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of customers' business challenges, technical needs, and success criteria to provide solutions utilizing Sardine's technology.
• Deliver product feedback to internal stakeholders, acting as the representative on the ground.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in roles such as implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, collaborating with various technical teams, both internal and external.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS within relevant fields (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and driving them to completion.
• Proficiency in basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Familiarity with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and the ability to write scripts for building internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).
