Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee customer relationships within an assigned portfolio to enhance integration effectiveness and foster customer expansion.

• Gain insights into customers’ internal frameworks, key stakeholders, business models, and specific needs.

• Offer technical support throughout the entire integration lifecycle for customers.

• Partner with account team members to track progress and implement strategies for customer growth.

• Continuously assess integration performance and suggest enhancements.

• Promptly and professionally identify and resolve customer issues.

• Enhance knowledge of both Cint’s and customers’ industries.

• Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure successful onboarding within a month.

• Keep an eye on integration health and highlight any troubling statistics.

• Relay customer feedback and feature suggestions to internal technology and product teams.

• Work independently from home while accommodating APAC time zones.

• Technical expertise in APIs, API implementation, and platform-to-platform integrations.

• Capability to analyze large volumes of data daily.

• Quick adaptability to learn and implement new technologies and APIs through technical documentation.

• Strong problem-solving skills utilizing analytical methods.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to function effectively as a flexible team player.

• Proficiency in explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel V-lookups, pivot tables, filtering, formulas, and de-duplication checks.

• Detail-oriented communication and analysis capabilities.

• A strong desire to learn new technologies and systems.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Confidence in speaking and writing proficiently in English.

• Willingness to support APAC time zones.

• A Bachelor’s degree is considered a preferred qualification, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with internet protocols, API frameworks, and at least one programming language is advantageous.

• Experience with SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce, Grafana, AI, and modern software development methodologies is a plus.
