Integration & Commissioning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage ELV, controls network, and instrumentation installation tasks across several simultaneous data center projects.

• Provide regional supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and field delivery teams engaged in integration and installation activities.

• Ensure that installation tasks are carried out in line with approved design documentation, standards, and quality specifications.

• Monitor installation progress, site readiness, punch lists, defects, and completion milestones for assigned projects.

• Assist in managing escalations and resolving technical and delivery-related challenges on-site.

• Supervise commissioning execution tasks, including FAT, SAT, I/O verification, and sequence validation.

• Coordinate commissioning readiness activities among construction, integration, and commissioning teams.

• Ensure that testing documentation, commissioning records, and validation evidence are completed to the required standards.

• Aid in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective action plans during commissioning activities.

• Confirm that systems fulfill operational, redundancy, and performance criteria before handover.

• Collaborate with the Design Manager to ensure constructability and design coherence.

• Work alongside the TPM to ensure site progress is in alignment with the schedule and budget.

• Assist commissioning teams with validation documentation and testing evidence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in automation execution, commissioning, or QA within mission-critical sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in leading FAT/SAT and functional validation processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of QA frameworks, installation quality, and testing methodologies.

• Capability to lead site teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Controls Engineering.

• Six Sigma, QA certifications, or commissioning qualifications are preferred.

• Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the position is based is mandatory.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Must be fit for duty at all times.
