Integration Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive integration solutions that connect CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Creatio, MS Dynamics) with enterprise systems, including ERPs, data warehouses, and third-party SaaS applications.

• Establish and uphold integration patterns and data-flow governance throughout the organization.

• Assess and choose suitable integration styles based on business needs and technical considerations.

• Create architecture blueprints, integration design documentation, sequence diagrams, and data mapping specifications.

• Ensure that solutions fulfill non-functional requirements like performance, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.

• Provide guidance on data migration and synchronization strategies between CRM systems and external platforms.

• Work in collaboration with developers and administrators to ensure that integration solutions adhere to platform best practices and governor limits.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.

• Convert complex business processes into actionable, prioritized integration requirements and user stories.

• Document both current-state and future-state integration landscapes, including gap analyses and migration roadmaps.

• Partner with client IT stakeholders during training and enablement sessions to foster their self-sufficiency and confidence in maintaining various components of Catalyst builds.

• Clearly and confidently present integration architectures, technology choices, and roadmaps to executive leadership, clients, and external partners.

• Perform reviews of integration architecture and engage in security review boards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise integration or solution architecture roles.

• Proven experience in leading requirements workshops and translating business needs into technical specifications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to present to senior stakeholders.

• Experience in consulting is a plus.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is preferred.

• MuleSoft Certified Associate, Developer, or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification is preferred.

• AWS Solutions Architect Certification is preferable.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.

• Experience working within public sector, education, or non-profit sectors is advantageous.
