Integrated Testing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure alignment between internal and external teams regarding the solution, integration processes, integrated testing, and requirements.

• Lead the creation and implementation of testing plans for equipment and software to confirm that the technical solution meets project performance criteria.

• Foster collaboration across project technical teams and partners to achieve successful outcomes in line with project performance standards.

• Identify defects, document them for tracking purposes, and work with the team to resolve these issues.

• Validate and test controls and software systems, including those from partners, to ensure they meet delivery specifications.

• Establish the acceptance test strategy and oversee the execution of rate and volume performance validation to support customer acceptance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2+ years of experience in one of the following areas: industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering; project management; or business.

• Relevant experience should encompass one or more of the following: Distribution center (DC) environments, integration management, program/project leadership, and/or supply chain consulting-related roles; program/project leadership and/or supply chain leadership positions.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

• Willingness to work on-site more than 75% of the time and possess flexibility.

• Capability to travel both domestically and internationally.
