Integrated Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with creative, content, strategy, and production teams.

• Ensure that projects are well-organized, adhere to schedules, meet specifications, and are delivered to the highest quality standards.

• Facilitate seamless coordination among account teams, creative, strategy, production, and external partners.

• Maintain clear communication, efficient workflows, and robust cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee projects from the initial brief through to post-production.

• Proactively manage timelines, budgets, risks, and quality assurance.

• Take responsibility for day-to-day production, ensuring every deliverable is refined and on-brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in project management or as a producer within a creative agency, digital studio, or production environment.

• Proven experience in supporting digital and multi-channel campaign production.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Highly organized, with the capacity to track numerous moving parts across departments.

• Proactive communicator who excels in a remote-first, collaborative environment.

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to quality.

• Experience with light proofreading and quality control.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.

• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; comfortable using digital asset tools, file-sharing platforms, and collaborative systems.

• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, though not mandatory.
