• Serve as the representative for the AMER region within global campaign teams and relay campaign updates to regional stakeholders.
• Assist in the execution of comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Take charge of the audience segmentation strategy in collaboration with the Business Operations and Campaign Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Campaign Operations on program development, lead routing, and audience targeting initiatives.
• Create and implement email nurture campaigns and Outreach sequences to facilitate pipeline generation and enhance customer engagement.
• Oversee A/B testing strategies and campaign optimization initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to both regional and global teams.
• Organize virtual and in-person marketing events as required.
• Keep operational marketing materials and sales enablement assets updated to ensure teams have the necessary resources.
• Work with external vendors to aid in sponsorship activations and the delivery of demand generation campaign objectives.
• 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing within B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
• Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing tactics throughout the funnel.
• Experience in audience segmentation and familiarity with intent-based marketing tools.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and proactively in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Experience in supporting campaign reporting, optimization, and performance tracking.
