This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement quantifiable demand generation initiatives that enhance revenue via the direct sales team.
• Oversee business-to-business multi-channel marketing initiatives, which include email campaigns, drip email nurture series, and content development.
• Partner with Product and Content Marketing, along with sales leadership, to devise campaigns aimed at building pipelines in key markets.
• Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop landing pages for campaign calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Work in conjunction with Marketing Operations to align marketing database segmentation with target personas.
• Sustain marketing database segmentation to guarantee that communications are relevant to the intended audience.
• Ensure that all HubSpot programs are connected to Salesforce.com campaigns for accurate tracking of campaign ROI.
• Evaluate tactical campaign performance for ongoing enhancement.
• Conduct a marketing program retrospective after the completion of each initiative.
• Execute A/B testing to improve the effectiveness of subject lines, headers, images, copy, and calls-to-action.
• Develop expertise in the company's lead funnel.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing programs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
• Skilled in crafting engaging messages that stimulate interest and drive conversions.
• Ability to interpret how strategic goals translate into market-specific programs.
• Proven track record of execution with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong project management abilities for overseeing schedules and deadlines (experience with project management software like Asana is advantageous).
• Familiarity with B2B marketing principles.
• Experience in audience development is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a focus on marketing, business, or communications.
