• Strategize, implement, and enhance comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns across various channels including paid media, email, webinars, and events.
• Take ownership of the complete campaign management process—from brief creation and message alignment to execution, follow-up, and performance evaluation.
• Propel demand generation by boosting lead volume, enhancing lead quality, and aiding in pipeline expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to synchronize campaigns with outreach strategies and guarantee timely and effective lead follow-up.
• Oversee and assist with event marketing initiatives, encompassing field events, trade shows, and hosted experiences.
• Work together with Product Marketing to convert value propositions into engaging campaign messaging and materials.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal shared services (such as design, paid media, and marketing operations) to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to drive continual improvement.
• Assist with marketing operations processes, including campaign setup, lead distribution, and CRM maintenance.
• Ensure consistent execution across both brands while customizing campaigns for their specific audiences and market segments.
• 4–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
• Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, and/or events).
• Experience working alongside Sales Development teams and aiding in lead generation or pipeline objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.
• Experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance, utilizing data to guide decisions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
