• Take ownership of the comprehensive campaign strategy and implementation for our Mid-Market Finance Integrated Campaign within the Americas Growth Marketing team, converting business objectives and global messaging into effective regional programs.
• Propel significant growth in brand visibility and pipeline by exploring creative limits and tapping into new channels, tactics, and campaign strategies.
• Advocate for the complete buyer journey—designing programs across awareness, consideration, and decision phases while ensuring messaging and content align with each persona and buying group.
• Work closely with various teams including Product & Solution Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, Account Development Representatives, and Brand to synchronize messaging, prioritize strategic initiatives, and enhance impact across critical segments.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to monitor, assess, and consistently refine campaign performance using insights from 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Folloze, and other tools.
• Drive account advancement and revenue growth with campaigns that activate ABM strategies, influence multi-threaded buying groups, and facilitate sales acceleration.
• Oversee the campaign calendar across various industries, personas, and solution domains—ensuring clarity, visibility, and momentum regarding key priorities.
• Coordinate digital and content strategies that stand out, including targeted paid media, email nurturing, webinars, partner activations, and multi-touch experiences.
• Enhance our market presence—ensuring consistent, customer-first messaging that embodies Coupa’s leadership, values, and impact.
• Tackle challenges strategically by discovering innovative solutions, testing new concepts, and exploring unconventional methods to achieve campaign success.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing and campaign management, ideally within enterprise SaaS or technology sectors.
• A proven history of developing integrated, cross-functional campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and, most importantly, pipeline.
• A thorough understanding of the contemporary B2B buying journey, especially for the Finance persona, and effective strategies to engage and convert key personas throughout the funnel.
• Eagerness and hands-on familiarity with emerging AI technologies, combined with a proactive approach to utilizing AI to enhance campaign performance, boost efficiency, and elevate quality of work and results.
• Strong technical proficiency with marketing and sales tools, along with the capacity for rapid learning—particularly with Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Folloze, and similar campaign orchestration platforms.
• Experience working closely with Account-Based Marketing and Product & Solution Marketing teams to articulate complex value propositions effectively.
• Excellent project leadership and communication abilities—you bring structure, enthusiasm, and alignment across diverse stakeholders and initiatives.
• A passion for innovation, a tendency to take initiative, and a clear customer-first perspective that inspires collective engagement around a shared vision.
