Intake Trainer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain training materials, agendas, assessments, and educational resources.

• Lead new employee training programs and ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Offer coaching and performance feedback to both new and current staff.

• Design and implement ongoing education programs based on performance analysis and business requirements.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and track performance impact using key metrics.

• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Leadership teams to pinpoint training opportunities and promote performance enhancement.

• Ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the company's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Trainer role or a similar position within a BPO, call center, or high-volume operational setting.

• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation techniques.

• Strong skills in classroom facilitation, presentation, and adult education.

• Demonstrated ability to create training plans, materials, assessments, and guidelines.

• Experience in providing coaching and feedback on technical and soft skills.

• Excellent analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms), and collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
