Intake Specialist, Virtual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead older adults and their caregivers through the intake process with compassion, clarity, and professionalism, ensuring they feel supported throughout the journey.

• Assist each new patient in navigating their path to care, from being matched with the appropriate therapist to fostering confidence and understanding at every stage.

• Deliver a distinctive combination of patient support, care coordination, and emotional guidance.

• Empathetic and effective communicator. You engage with kindness, listen attentively, and create a comfortable atmosphere – even during challenging or emotional discussions.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-focused. You can manage multiple patients at various stages in the process without overlooking any details.

• Tech-savvy. You are comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms (e.g., Healthie), or CRMs like HubSpot, and you quickly adapt to new software.

• Aligned with our mission. You are genuinely passionate about enhancing care for older adults and are enthusiastic about playing a pivotal role in someone's initial steps toward improved mental health.

• Experience is a plus, but not mandatory. You may have a background in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support – but what matters most is your organization, compassion, and eagerness to develop.
