Intake Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from clients and potential clients within 8 business hours

• Conduct warm calls to prospective clients

• Acquire knowledge and manage CRM platforms

• Successfully close sales over the phone

• Safeguard the firm from unqualified leads

• Assist anyone who contacts our firm

⛳️ Requirements

• Sales experience is mandatory

• Preference for candidates with telesales or inside sales experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is essential

• Fluent in English, with the ability to correspond in US English

• Capable of multitasking while handling administrative duties

• Detail-oriented and well-organized

• Willingness to learn new software and technology

• Ability to concentrate on work without distractions from social media or home environments
