This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Operate autonomously to manage a substantial volume of calls and messages, seamlessly transitioning between tasks.
β’ Quickly engage with new inbound leads through phone, text, and email communications.
β’ Oversee and monitor the prospect pipeline utilizing lead management software.
β’ Schedule and perform thorough phone interviews to evaluate case potential.
β’ Qualify and enroll prospective clients, including addressing objections using a customer-focused soft sales technique.
β’ Execute new client intake and onboarding processes within lead management software.
β’ Fulfill staffing availability requirements β currently looking for coverage from Wednesday to Sunday between 9:30am-6pm, following an in-office training period during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5pm. This position is fully remote.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or client onboarding (mandatory).
β’ At least 1 year of recent experience in a fast-paced office setting (mandatory).
β’ Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
β’ A proven track record of surpassing goals and metrics (preferred).
β’ Experience in professional services or B2C (preferred).
β’ An Associate's degree or higher (preferred).
β’ A guaranteed full-time salary of $25-$30 per hour.
β’ Quarterly bonuses based on performance.
