📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients via phone or email, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.

• Gather essential information to comprehend client requirements and evaluate how the firm can assist.

• Listen with empathy to individuals and direct them to suitable resources within or outside the firm.

• Complete legal documentation and maintain records of customer interactions.

• Organize and set up consultations with legal professionals.

• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are addressed or to offer further assistance.

• Manage administrative responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and organizing documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree.

• Has over 3 years of experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or interpretation roles within contact centers.

• Skilled in accurately and efficiently managing calendars and information flow.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal context is preferred.

• Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written.

• Exhibits exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

• Maintains confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

• Resides permanently in Latin America.

• Owns a dependable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
