Client Intake Specialist – Family Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Adhere to intake protocols and scripts to ensure uniformity.

• Support translation efforts during meetings as needed.

• Assist in acquiring signed agreements during intake calls.

• Collect pertinent information regarding potential cases.

• Perform conflict checks within the CRM system.

• Accurately input client information into MyCase CRM.

• Coordinate consultations with attorneys and legal staff.

• Assess and evaluate callers in accordance with firm guidelines.

• Respond to incoming calls from prospective clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and organized client records.

• Provide general information about services and fees.

• Ensure a positive and professional client experience throughout the intake process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in intake or customer service roles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Exceptional active listening and relationship-building skills.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Competence in following scripts and established procedures.

• Remote work within Central Standard Time (CST).

• Monday to Friday schedule, ranging from 7AM to 6-7PM CST, 8 hours daily.

• High anticipated call volume of 60-80 calls daily.

• Proficiency in MyCase CRM.

• Familiarity with Webex VOIP.

• Use of Outlook for email and calendar management.

• English-speaking role; application documents and forms must be submitted in English.
