Intake Specialist, Client Intake and Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Proactively update clients regarding fees associated with services.

• Process payments using the designated link.

• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

• Compile and submit daily reports utilizing Google Sheets.

• Transform leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.

• Arrange new appointments via Google Calendar.

• Accurately monitor pipeline and intake progress.

• Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration legal assistance.

• Assist prospects in navigating the intake process with professionalism and empathy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law.

• Proven skills in sales and client conversion.

• Excellence in customer service.

• Strong active listening skills and clear communication abilities.

• Technologically proficient and adaptable.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Consistent follow-up capabilities.

• Comfortable conversing with clients in both Spanish and English.

• Availability on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

• Role requires proficiency in English; application documents and forms must be in English.

• Resume must be submitted in .DOC format.
