Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming calls and evaluate prospects for suitable appeals work.

• Schedule consultations and generate engagement agreements utilizing a tailored contract-automation tool.

• Guarantee that agreements are free of errors, with correctly spelled names and accurate figures.

• Uphold a consistently professional standard in both written and verbal communication to safeguard the firm's reputation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a phone-based client intake, customer service, or front-desk position that involves handling inbound calls and screening prospects.

• Practical experience in drafting client-facing written communications (such as emails and documents) with precise spelling, grammar, and formatting.

• Familiarity with preparing contracts, engagement agreements, or templated documents that require precise numerical data entry and calculations.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously using scheduling, CRM, or practice-management software.

• Proficient in business productivity and communication tools (email, video conferencing, VoIP/phone systems).

• Experience catering to professional or high-expectation clientele.

• C1+ English (CEFR) proficiency for real-time telephone interactions and client-ready written communication.

• Previous experience in a legal services or law firm setting (Nice-to-Have).
