Intake & Referrals Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Promptly follow up on a high volume of incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.

• Establish rapport with potential clients and assist them throughout the intake process.

• Gather and document client information in a clear and accurate manner.

• Maintain regular communication through phone calls, text messages, and emails.

• Monitor lead activity and update records within CentralReach and CRM systems.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in intake, admissions, referrals, or sales is preferred.

• Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities with the confidence to engage prospective clients.

• Exceptional communication skills, maintaining a cheerful, professional, and empathetic demeanor.

• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and proficiency in accurate data entry.

• Experience with CentralReach is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.

• Comfortable communicating through phone, text, and email.
