Intake Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive Intake Evaluations: Perform in-depth psychiatric evaluations and assessments for individuals aged 2 to 26, laying a solid clinical groundwork for each patient’s care journey.

• Whole-Child Integration: Work alongside therapists to create personalized treatment plans that target the underlying causes of behavior, ensuring patients are connected with the appropriate ongoing provider.

• Family Empowerment: Guide parents and caregivers through the intake process, assisting them in understanding their child's diagnosis and navigating subsequent steps in their mental health journey.

• Clinical Excellence: Supervise diagnostic testing and uphold meticulous, HIPAA-compliant intake documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree from a recognized nursing program.

• Certification: PMHNP-BC certification.

• Experience: Minimum of one year of independent psychiatric practice under licensure.

• Licensure: Active license in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.

• Compliance: DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority.

• Availability: Must have flexibility to work during key after-school hours (post 4pm ET) and/or weekends.

• Base Salary: $72,500 for a guaranteed 20-hour/week schedule.
