Intake Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults.

• Create tailored treatment plans that lay a robust clinical groundwork for each patient's continuous care journey.

• Foster trust and rapport that encourages patients to engage in long-term care.

• Ensure that each patient is matched with the appropriate ongoing provider and treatment strategy.

• Collaborate closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals to formulate coordinated treatment plans.

• Offer consultation and education to patients and their families throughout the intake process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work at least 12 hours per week during our peak 'after school hours,' which are defined as after 4pm ET on weekdays or any time on weekends.

• This role is entirely remote.

• A Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program, PMHNP-BC certification, and a minimum of one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure.

• An active PMHNP, DEA license, and State Prescriptive Authority in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and/or New Jersey.
