This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Intake Data Accuracy: Review, validate, and accurately enter new case information (client details, incident data, documentation) with meticulous attention to detail.
• Set up cases for success: Ensure each new case is properly created, organized, and adheres to firm standards.
• Manage in real time: Process intake updates swiftly to ensure cases progress without delays.
• Maintain consistency across systems: Guarantee alignment between intake tools, Finch, and partner firm systems.
• Identify and resolve issues early: Collaborate with intake and operations teams to highlight and rectify missing or inconsistent data.
• Keep clean records: Document updates and changes to ensure transparency and auditability.
• Continuously improve processes: Seek opportunities to enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency in intake workflows.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in task management or a related area.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail—you notice what others overlook.
• Ability to act quickly without compromising accuracy.
• Comfortable working with various systems and tools.
• Highly organized with a strong adherence to process discipline.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate well across teams.
• Adaptable and open to changing workflows and systems.
