This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and assist in the software implementations for clients, particularly those in the construction sector.

• Leverage expertise in Sage Intacct along with industry-specific knowledge to assist customers with system setup, financial processes, and reporting requirements.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, monitoring issues, and escalating concerns in line with company protocols.

• Employ and adhere to Aktion's methodologies to ensure successful implementation for clients.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members to deliver outstanding client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working with Sage Intacct ERP software is required.

• Proven skills in accounting and finance are essential.

• Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred, whether in a consulting capacity or in a financial leadership role (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
