Insurance Sales & Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in managing their car and home insurance requirements

• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal increments

• Respond to incoming calls from customers interested in auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies

• Handle inbound calls from policyholders requesting changes to their policies

• Acquire knowledge of insurance products to connect customers with the right insurance providers

• Familiarize yourself with the Jerry.ai app and assist customers in using it

• Resolve issues to eliminate obstacles between customers and suitable coverage

• Process service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents

• Provide feedback on products and contribute to product enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor

• Willingness to collaborate as part of a team

• Strong work ethic

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Effective communication skills

• Full-time employees must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA

• Valid P&C license is mentioned in the application form; the employer covers the costs for the license if the applicant does not possess one yet

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required in the application form

• Visa sponsorship needs to be indicated in the application form
