Insurance Sales and Service Associate – Remote, Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +10 more locations.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal increases.

• Respond to inbound calls from clients seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and other types of insurance policies.

• Assist policyholders with modifications to their policies.

• Acquire knowledge of the insurance product lineup and connect customers with suitable insurance providers.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of Jerry’s continually evolving app.

• Address challenges to eliminate obstacles between customers and appropriate coverage options.

• Handle service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to product enhancements.

• Collaborate as part of the Customer Operations team.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Possess a genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• Willingness to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Strong work ethic is essential.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment.

• A P&C insurance license is beneficial; applicants without one may have the cost covered by Jerry.ai.

• Must be available for full-time work.

• Valid P&C license status is requested during the application process.
