Insurance Retention Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Enhance insurance retention outcomes.

• Execute insurance sales or underwriting processes aimed at sustaining insurance business relationships with members.

• Address insureds' cancellation requests and inquiries via telephone and/or internet across the ACE markets.

• Recognize, suggest, and provide solutions to prevent insurance policy cancellations.

• Ensure that documentation is accurate and complete in accordance with accepted underwriting criteria, procedures, and quality standards.

• Meet business objectives for saved policies and saved policy ratios.

• Stay informed about insurance products, features, benefits, and policies.

• Detect cross-sell opportunities based on members' product requirements and service requests.

• Strengthen member relations by diversifying the use of products and services.

• Provide sales leads to insurance, travel, and other departments as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external sources on escalated issues and follow-up.

• Manage inbound Auto and Home insurance calls related to member change requests, billing inquiries, policy reviews, and other insurance questions.

• Multi-task effectively and swiftly address obstacles and conflicts during retention interactions.

• Refer issues to the manager for resolution when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Equivalent combination of education and experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales is preferred.

• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and assignments effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in the selling state, issued by the state is required.

• Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences (5%).
