Insurance Agent, Sales or Service – Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and changes during renewals.

• Handle incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and other types of insurance policies.

• Support policyholders with modifications to their policies.

• Familiarize yourself with the insurance product offerings and the Jerry app.

• Employ problem-solving skills to eliminate obstacles that prevent customers from obtaining suitable coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to product enhancements.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must possess a genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• Demonstrated willingness to collaborate within a team.

• Strong work ethic is essential.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills are required.

• Candidates must currently live in an eligible location.

• Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license status will be evaluated during the application process; a license is not necessary as Jerry.ai covers the cost if required.
