Insurance Agent, Sales or Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases.

• Handle incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other policies.

• Assist policyholders with modifications to their policies.

• Learn and recommend insurance products from a diverse array of insurance providers.

• Become well-versed in the continuously evolving Jerry.ai application.

• Address issues to eliminate obstacles between customers and suitable coverage options.

• Process service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Gather and provide customer feedback to enhance the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor is essential.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic is required.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills are necessary.

• Full-time employees must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for hourly employment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must specify whether visa sponsorship is necessary.

• P&C license status is requested; however, the license is not mandatory as Jerry.ai will cover the cost if needed.
