This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and nurture relationships with educators and school personnel
• Assess client requirements and propose appropriate insurance and financial solutions
• Create new business opportunities through referrals, collaborations with schools, and networking
• Maintain and renew policies while providing outstanding service
• Offer additional products such as auto, home, life, and retirement insurance
• Engage in community events and initiatives focused on educators
• Current Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (Exclusive & Enhanced Agent)
• Capability to secure FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6 & 63, as necessary) (Enhanced)
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred
• Excellent skills in relationship-building and communication
• An entrepreneurial mindset along with self-motivation
• 1099 remuneration with unlimited earning potential through renewals
• Leading incentive compensation within the first 48 months while you develop your clientele (Exclusive Agent)
• A portfolio of business that generates immediate renewal income (Enhanced Agent)
