This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately input and maintain client, policy, and claims information within internal systems.
• Oversee inbox management and perform email follow-ups with clients, insurers, and third-party entities.
• Prepare and revise policy documentation, schedules, and associated records.
• Provide assistance with policy renewals, endorsements, and general insurance administrative duties.
• Ensure that all records and documentation are complete and up to date.
• Track outstanding items and follow up to guarantee timely resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and compliance with internal protocols.
• Support brokers and account managers in daily administrative tasks.
• Organize and electronically file documents.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Assist with reporting and other ad hoc administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Contribute to process enhancements and uphold service standards.
• Minimum of 2.5 years of prior experience supporting an Australian insurance business.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in managing email correspondence and following up on pending items.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Insight Insurance CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
