Instructor, CBAP – Certified Business Analysis Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct instructor-led CBAP training sessions for online learner groups.

• Address essential subjects, including:

• - BABOK Guide knowledge areas and frameworks

• - Techniques for requirements gathering and analysis

• - Strategies for stakeholder management

• - Agile and Scrum principles relevant to Business Analysts

• - Business process modeling and workflow analysis

• - Understanding SDLC methodologies and project life cycles

• - Strategies for CBAP exam preparation and application guidance

• - Practical applications and real-world business analysis case studies

• Develop and revise:

• - Training materials

• - Assignments and exercises

• - Mock tests and assessments

• - Case studies and workshop activities

• Facilitate interactive workshops, sessions for clearing doubts, and reviews of assessments.

• Assist learners in comprehending CBAP application eligibility and certification criteria.

• Monitor learner progress and offer tailored mentoring and feedback.

• Aid learners with practical business analysis scenarios and documentation techniques.

• Uphold session quality metrics and standards for learner engagement.

• Remain informed about the latest IIBA standards, CBAP exam formats, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum and develop content initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• CBAP Certification (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or a related field

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related area

• More than 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals

• Strong proficiency in:

• - BABOK Guide

• - Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• - Stakeholder Management

• - Agile & Scrum Principles

• - Business Process Modeling

• - SDLC Methodologies

• Previous experience in delivering online or classroom training is preferred

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
