This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct 11-week live, online courses utilizing engaging, student-focused teaching methods.

• Create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that encourages active learning and student involvement.

• Provide prompt, constructive feedback and address student inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Conduct weekly office hours to enhance student comprehension and foster a sense of community.

• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to jointly manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement techniques.

• Assess student progress, maintain accurate grade records, and submit evaluations at mid-quarter and end-of-quarter intervals.

• Work with colleagues and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously enhance instructional quality.

• Participate in co-curricular activities (e.g., speaker series, networking events) to enrich the student experience.

• Stay updated on industry and pedagogical trends pertinent to your subject area and online teaching, including the effective integration of AI tools within our curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in your field of study.

• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the college or university level.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation abilities.

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including learning management systems (LMS) and video conferencing.

• Digital fluency and the capability to effectively integrate AI-powered educational tools into your teaching.

• A proactive, dependable approach, dedicated to delivering high-quality online education.

• A strong commitment to equity, access, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.

• Willingness to dedicate 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training commitments.
