Instructor – AGS, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live online training sessions led by an instructor, focusing on Advanced Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, LLMs, AI automation, and the latest AI technologies.

• Instruct on agentic AI frameworks, workflows, LLM applications, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool/function invocation, memory, planning, reasoning, task decomposition, multi-agent systems, orchestration, automation, responsible AI, and governance.

• Develop and regularly update presentations, educational materials, practical exercises, hands-on labs, demonstrations, use cases, case studies, prompt libraries, reference architectures, assignments, and activities.

• Conduct engaging workshops, Q&A sessions, knowledge assessments, guided practice, and practical demonstrations.

• Showcase AI tools, platforms, frameworks, APIs, vector databases, retrieval technologies, workflow automation platforms, and Python development environments.

• Assist learners in navigating real-world Agentic AI applications across various fields including operations, marketing, finance, customer service, software development, research, productivity, and enterprise automation.

• Aid learners in the design and development of LLM-powered applications, AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG applications, and AI automation workflows.

• Offer personalized learner support during live sessions and designated office hours.

• Maintain communication about learner progress, expectations, and skill development.

• Provide prompt feedback on exercises, tasks, and assessments.

• Assess learner progress and keep accurate records of engagement and performance.

• Identify learners who require additional assistance and collaborate with internal teams to enhance outcomes.

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and professional educational environment.

• Work together with instructional staff and curriculum teams to improve training effectiveness.

• Represent Simplilearn in a professional manner to learners, staff, and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, or similar technology fields.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

• Proven track record in designing, developing, implementing, or deploying AI agents or LLM-powered applications.

• Previous experience in delivering online instructor-led training to professionals or adult learners.

• Strong comprehension of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI agents, automation, and AI-driven applications.

• In-depth knowledge of agentic AI architectures, AI agent design and development, LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG, tool invocation, function invocation, agent memory, planning, reasoning, task decomposition, multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, AI workflow automation, AI APIs and integrations, responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance.

• Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

• Strong expertise with modern LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable platforms.

• Solid understanding of AI automation and workflow orchestration.

• Experience with Python or another programming language used in AI development.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to distill complex AI concepts into practical examples and live demonstrations.

• Proven experience in creating or showcasing LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, and automation workflows.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI assistants.

• Experience with AI APIs, integrations, external tools, databases, and enterprise systems.

• Experience with workflow automation platforms like n8n or similar tools.

• Competence in conducting live virtual training using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.

• Strong skills in learner engagement, facilitation, and Q&A management.

• Capability to deliver interactive, activity-oriented learning experiences.

• Ability to connect Agentic AI principles with real-world business applications.
