Instructor, Agentic AI – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver lessons as per the curriculum learning objectives and session plans assigned.

• Facilitate engaging live online instruction tailored for adult learners.

• Provide expertise in the field of Agentic AI.

• Relate course content to practical applications within the industry and professional practices.

• Promote collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students.

• Offer personalized student support during live sessions and designated office hours.

• Maintain consistent communication with students regarding their progress, expectations, and milestones.

• Respond to communications from students and staff in a prompt and professional manner.

• Deliver clear, constructive, and timely feedback on assignments and assessments.

• Assess student progress utilizing course deliverables and grading rubrics.

• Keep accurate records of student performance and engagement.

• Recognize and escalate academic or performance issues to the Lead Instructor or relevant staff.

• Assist with performance improvement plans as necessary.

• Comply with institutional policies and standards set by the instructional team.

• Foster a learning environment that is inclusive, respectful, and professional.

• Act as a role model and mentor for students.

• Collaborate with instructional staff and program teams to enhance the student learning experience.

• Represent the organization with professionalism when engaging with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in Agentic AI, or 5 years of professional experience in Agentic AI without a bachelor’s degree.

• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, frameworks, and tools, including autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems.

• Capability to clearly articulate complex technical subjects to a diverse audience of learners.

• A strong passion for education and a commitment to mentoring students entering the technology sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform effectively in a remote teaching environment.

• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.

• Flexibility for evening availability is essential.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the course of employment.
