This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee the instructional design process—from needs assessment and storyboarding to final evaluation—utilizing ADDIE and SAM frameworks.

• Create dynamic and interactive CBT/WBT courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.

• Confirm that all e-learning courses meet Section 508 compliance and adhere to SCORM, xAPI, and LMS deployment standards without exception.

• Collaborate closely with federal stakeholders, instructors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert intricate tactical aviation or maritime safety ideas into straightforward, educational designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, particularly focused on computer-based training (CBT) and web-based modules.

• Professional certification in Instructional Design, Education, or Training and Development is required.

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or comparable rapid-authoring tools.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
