Instructional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor educators to become confident and highly effective professionals who exemplify our standards of service, responsiveness, and instructional excellence.

• Track team-level student engagement, progress, retention, and intervention data—proactively identifying trends and mobilizing effective support before students lag behind.

• Observe teaching practices, evaluate teacher effectiveness, and deliver clear, actionable coaching that enhances delivery, strengthens relationships, and boosts student outcomes.

• Execute instructional strategies with precision, ensuring student engagement, progress monitoring, and intervention planning—guaranteeing that students receive the necessary support, accountability, and encouragement to thrive.

• Establish high expectations, provide candid coaching, celebrate successes enthusiastically, and cultivate a team culture grounded in ownership, humility, collaboration, and service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field (mandatory).

• Teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program (mandatory).

• Capability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as assigned (mandatory).

• Over 5 years of successful experience in education, educational technology, or a related industry (mandatory).

• More than 5 years of successful experience working with students, families, customers, or other stakeholders in a service-oriented environment (mandatory).

• At least 3 years of experience in managing personnel (mandatory).

• Ability to successfully pass required background checks (mandatory).
